|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Corn oil||7 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1/3 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pimento||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
Pour 1/3 cup corn oil and milk into measuring cup, but do not stir, then pour all at once into flour.
Stir with a fork until mixture leaves side of bowl.
Knead 10 times without additional flour.
Roll between waxed paper into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle.
Saute the onion in 2 tablespoons oil until golden, then add the beef and brown.
Stir in catsup, pickle relish, remaining salt, pepper and pimento, then remove from the heat.
Spread over biscuit dough.
Roll as for a jelly roll and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with hot Tomato Sauce.
