Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting For Cherry Cake

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (semisweet)
Directions

Beat sour cream and vanilla with powdered sugar until creamy.
In double boiler, melt Chocolate Chips over 1-inch simmering water.
Mix chocolate into sour cream mixture, whipping until smooth and thick.
Frost top and sides of Muir Woods Chocolate Cherry Cake.
Decorate top with stemmed cherries marinated in Kirsch, if desired.
