Cinnamon Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yellow cake mix 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Eggs 2
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Minus 1 Tablespoon)
  Poppy seeds 5 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant lemon pudding 5 Tablespoon
Directions

In 9-inch round glass baking dish, melt butter on HI (max. power) 30 seconds.
Insert small straight-sided glass open side up in center.
Sprinkle bottom of cake dish with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Set aside.
In electric mixer, beat cake mix and other ingredients on high 2 to 3 minutes (according to package directions).
Pour batter in pan.
Cook on 50 (simmer) 5 minutes, then on HI (max. power) 2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in cake near center comes out slightly moist.
If cake seems to be rising unevenly, rotate dish one-quarter turn during baking.
