Millionaire Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Cream cheese 1 , softened
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Powdered sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In double boiler, melt Chocolate Chips with butter over 1-inch simmering water.
Mix in sugar, flour, water and vanilla.
Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks one at a time; cool.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
Spread into buttered 8-inch springform pan.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
The cake will be soft in the center.
Cool.
Topping Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
Whip until thick enough to spread over top of cake.
Chill several hours.
