One recipe of No-Knead Drop Rolls will make 2 coffee cakes, 7" x 11", or 1 coffee cake and 1 dozen rolls.
Prepare dough as directed in recipe, spread into two well greased pans (7 x 11 x 1 1/2 inches).
Mix flour and sugar thoroughly.
Add butter and blend into sugar-flour mixture until crumbly.
(Lumps should be about the size of peas.) Sprinkle crumbly mixture (streusel) over top of dough.
Let rise in a warm place (about 86° F.) for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F.) for 18 minutes.
