Two Fruit Shortcakes

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raspberries/Strawberry halves / blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Firm bananas 2 Large, sliced
  Angel food cake slice/Pound cake slices 4
  Angel food cake slices/Pound cake slices 4
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 4-cup measure; stir in orange juice and water. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until boiling. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until cool.
2. Fold raspberries and bananas into orange sauce. Spoon over cake slices; top each with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream.
