Hot Banana Shortcake
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green tipped bananas||3 , peeled and quartered|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pound cake slice||4 (1 Inch Slices)|
|Vanilla ice cream/Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in foilware pan over hot coals.
Add bananas, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cook until bananas are just soft, spooning the syrup over now and then.
Meanwhile, on the grill, toast cake slices on both sides.
