Applesauce Snack Cake

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground allspice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Apple cider sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix flour, brown sugar, allspice, baking soda and salt in round dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches, using fork. Mix in remaining ingredients except Apple Cider Sauce.
2. Elevate dish on inverted 9-inch pie plate, in microwave oven. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 15 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 5 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly. (Parts of surface may appear wet but will continue to cook while standing.)
3. Let stand uncovered on flat, heatproof surface (not wire rack) 10 minutes. Prepare Apple Cider Sauce; serve warm sauce with cake. Refrigerate any remaining sauce
