Caramel Cake Ring
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Warm water||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), packed|
|Coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (toasted)|
|White cake mix||1 Small|
Combine butter, warm water and brown sugar; spread in bottom of greased 9-inch mold.
Sprinkle coconut into mold.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour batter into mold.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Loosen cake from pan around edge; invert onto plate.
Let stand for 1 minute; remove mold.
Fill center of cake with fresh fruits and whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
