|Fine oatmeal||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Other fat||4 Tablespoon|
Mix oatmeal, soda and salt together and rub in the fat.
Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough.
Press mixture together to test for moisture.
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Divide in half and roll each half out 1/2 inch thick into a 9- or 10-inch circle on a floured board.
Cut into pie-shaped pieces and bake on a lightly floured cooky sheet at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes.
