Banana Fudge Cake
|Dark chocolate cake mix||21 Ounce|
|Mashed bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Medium)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Instant banana pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen whipped topping container||8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate square||1 Ounce, grated (1 Ounce, Each Square)|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat at medium speed until thick.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread evenly over cooled cake; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Store covered in refrigerator.
