|Light molasses||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , lightly beaten|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine oil, water, molasses, sugar, and egg whites.
Stir until well mixed or use food processor.
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices in a small bowl.
Add to liquid mixture.
Beat or combine in a food processor until smooth.
Pour into greased baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until surface springs back when touched lightly.
