Rice Cake And Cheese Snack
|Rice cakes||2 , unsalted|
|Prepared yellow mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Fat free cheddar cheese/Commercial low-fat cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (Or Defatted)|
Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
Place rice cakes on baking sheet or aluminum foil and bake 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp.
Remove from oven, spread with mustard and top with cheese.
Return to oven and bake 3 to 4 minutes, or just until cheese melts.
