Cocoa Cola Cake
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cola beverage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chocolate cola icing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine flour and sugar in a 2 1/2-quart bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, cocoa, and cola beverage in a 2-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir cola mixture into flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, egg, soda, vanilla, and marsh-mallows; beat well.
Pour mixture into a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Distribute marshmallows evenly in batter.
Microwave at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 2 minute intervals.
Frost cake while hot with Chocolate Cola Frosting.
