Chocolate Cherry Sheet Cake
|Food cake mix||36 Ounce (1 Package, Pillsbury Plus Devil's)|
|Canned cherry pie filling||21 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Package, 1 Cup)|
Heat oven to 350Â°F.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
By hand, stir until well mixed.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Â°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
Pour and spread over warm cake.
