Fried Banana Cake

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 4 Large
  Rice flour 400 Gram
  Crushed jaggery 250 Gram
  Grated coconut 100 Gram
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Banana leaves 5
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Roll the bananas on a wooden board. Peel and mash them in a thali. Add the crushed jaggery and grated coconut and mix well. Then add 1 tsp. salt and the cardamom powder and vanilla essence. Mix all the ingredients well and then stir in the rice flour.
Knead the flour mixture well to a smooth dough. Spread out the banana leaves on paper on a table. Grease them with a cloth piece on which ghee has been applied.
Make balls of dough. Place them on the banana leaves and spread them flat for convenience sake. If you spread them on any other substance, it will be difficult to lift them up.
Heat ghee in a karahi, and when hot, fry the cakes in small batches till golden red in colour.
