Self Iced Chocolate Cake
|Chocolate cake mix||18 Ounce (1 Package, 17 To 18 Ounce)|
|Instant chocolate pudding||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
Blend cake mix, pudding, milk, eggs, pecans, and chocolate morsels.
Pour mixture into greased 10-inch microwave tube pan.
Microwave at HIGH 14 minutes.
Rotate pan 1/4 turn at 3 minute intervals.
Allow cake to stand 5 minutes.
Invert cake onto serving platter.
The chocolate morsels may be on the top and can be spread as an icing, if desired.
