Chocolate Fudge Cake Deluxe
|Salad oil||9 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|Applesauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||17 Tablespoon (1 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Stir together oil, applesauce, raisins, and nuts.
Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
Blend dry ingredients quickly into applesauce mixture.
Microwave cake batter in lightly greased 12- x 8-inch glass baking dish at HIGH 9 to 10 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 3 minute intervals.
Let cake stand 5 minutes before serving.
