Apricot Spice Cake

Ingredients
  Spice cake mix 18 1⁄2 Ounce (1 package)
  Apple pie spice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Junior baby food apricots 7 3⁄4 Ounce (1 jar)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Powdered sugar glaze 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Powdered Sugar Glaze in a 2-quart mixer bowl.
Beat mixture until well blended.
Pour batter into ungreased 10-inch microwave tube cake pan.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Microwave at HIGH 8 minutes.
Rotate dish at 2 minute intervals.
Test cake for doneness.
Let cake stand 10 minutes on a heat-proof surface.
Invert cake on a serving plate.
Cool completely.
Glaze with Powdered Sugar Glaze.
