Apple Nut Cake
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 Tablespoon, ground|
|Nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Apples||5 Medium, thinly sliced (cored, peeled)|
Cream eggs and sugar.
Add oil and mix well.
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix dry ingredients with sugar mixture.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Pour cake batter into a tube pan suitable for microwave.
Microwave at HIGH 14 to 15 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes.
Cool in pan.
