Cooking chocolate/Cocoa, 3 tablespoons plus melted butter, 1 tablespoon
60 Gram (1 to 1 1/2 square)
Prepare cake batter.
Grease and flour a loaf tin 9 inches x 5 inches.
Divide batter in half.
To one half add chocolate, melted and cooled.
Stir until evenly blended.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin, alternating plain and chocolate batter.
Bake in moderate oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
Invert tin and cook cake on wire rack.
When cool, frost with chocolate frosting
