Peach Banana Dream Cake
|Yellow cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 package, 2 layer size regular, no pudding)|
|Instant banana pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 package)|
|Mashed banana||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creme de banana||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh peaches/Frozen peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed and drained|
In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, mashed banana, creme de banana, eggs, oil, and 1/2 cup water.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or till cake tests done.
Cool 15 minutes in pan.
Invert onto rack; cool thoroughly.
Serve cake with Creamy Peach Fluff: Beat cream till thick but not stiff.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls, beating just till smooth.
