Everyday Coffee Cake
|Buttermilk baking mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttermilk baking mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In mixing bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups baking mix and sugar.
Add milk, egg and oil; mix well.
Pour batter into greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Combine A cup baking mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; stir with fork until crumbly.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 6 to 9 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes and drizzle with Vanilla Glaze.
