Pumpkin Bundt Cake
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Natural bran||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pumpkin||14 Ounce|
|Chocolate chips/Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, cloves, ginger, sugar, and cinnamon.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and oil together.
Beat in pumpkin.
Add flour mixture and mix well; then add chocolate chips or nuts.
Pour batter into a greased 12-cup Bundt pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
