Ingredients
  Stuffed salmon 5 Ounce (1 package)
  Canola oil 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Panko bread crumbs 3 Ounce (dried Japanese bread crumbs)
  Lemon 1 (use grated peel and juice)
  Green onions 1 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Lemon wedges 4 (for garnish)
Directions

1. Remove stuffing from salmon and reserve.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon pieces and sear on all sides, cooking until medium-rare. Set aside.
