Speedy Orange Coffee Cake
|Refrigerated biscuits||1 Packet|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Walnuts||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Orange peel||2 Teaspoon, grated|
Dip biscuits in butter, then in mixture of sugar, nuts, and peel.
Overlap biscuits in circle in 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or till done.
Or make a double recipe and bake coffeecake in an 11-inch pie plate.
