Streusel Coffee Cake

|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon glaze||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Prepare Streusel.
2. Generously grease 12-cup bundt dish; coat with graham cracker crumbs.
3. Beat remaining ingredients except glaze in 3 1/2-quart bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Spread half of the batter in prepared dish; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of the Streusel. Top with remaining batter and Streusel. Microwave uncovered on high (100%), rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes on heatproof surface (do not use rack). Invert on serving plate.
4. Prepare Lemon Glaze. Drizzle over coffee cake.
