Lemon Cake Top Pie
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Lemon||1 , juiced and rind grated|
|Whole milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten stiffly|
Mix first 5 ingredients, add milk and mix well.
Then fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into your favorite uncooked pie crust and bake until top is medium brown.
