Fudge Frosted Cake

Ingredients
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sweetened condensed milk milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

1. Melt chocolate in a 1-quart glass measuring cup in microwave oven (2 minutes at HIGH); stir after each minute. Add water, sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; stir.
2. Line an 8-inch round glass cake dish with waxed paper. Pour chocolate mixture into dish..
3. Combine biscuit mix, sugar, shortening, egg and 1/4 cup milk; beat 1 minute. Add remaining milk and vanilla extract; beat 1 minute. Pour batter over chocolate mixture. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 6 to 8 1/2 minutes at BAKE, or until done; rotate dish one-quarter turn once.
4. Immediately invert cake onto serving plate, peel off paper and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5. Serve while still warm.
