Liqueur Pound Cake

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil cooking spray 1
  Cake flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Dust Pan)
  Sifted cake flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 6 (At Room Temperature)
  Sifted powdered sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Apple liqueur syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, stir together the 1 cup flour, baking soda, and baking powder until well blended.
Set aside.
In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites at high speed until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until whites barely hold soft peaks; beat in vanilla.
Add flour mixture; beat just until well mixed.
Spread batter in prepared pan.
