Egg Cake With Sausage
|Sliced boiled potatoes||3 Medium|
|Canned cocktail sausages||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten well|
|Cream/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green peppers||1 (for garnish)|
|Tomatoes||2 (for garnish)|
Dice the potatoes and set them aside.
Slice the cocktail sausages into the same bowl.
Melt the margarine in a skillet and brown the potatoes and sausages together.
Add the eggs mixed with the cream or water.
Cook the mixture over slow heat until it sets firm in the center.
Turn the egg cake out on a hot platter and garnish with the green peppers and tomato wedges.
