Egg Cake With Sausage

Ingredients
  Sliced boiled potatoes 3 Medium
  Canned cocktail sausages 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten well
  Cream/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green peppers 1 (for garnish)
  Tomatoes 2 (for garnish)
Directions

Dice the potatoes and set them aside.
Slice the cocktail sausages into the same bowl.
Melt the margarine in a skillet and brown the potatoes and sausages together.
Add the eggs mixed with the cream or water.
Cook the mixture over slow heat until it sets firm in the center.
Turn the egg cake out on a hot platter and garnish with the green peppers and tomato wedges.
