Chocolate Birthday Cake

Its my grandmother's 88th birthday today so I decided to make a cake....
Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 5 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinova 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and then add the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Put it in a baking tray.
Bake at 175 degrees celcius for 35 min
Remove from oven and stab with a fork.
Let it cool.
Spread icing over the cake.
Make 88 with coconut powder.
Decorate the sides with almond and slices of coconut.
