Condensed Milk Cake
|Flour/Null||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Null)|
|Baking powder/Null||3⁄4 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Soda bicarbonate/Null||2 Pinch (Null)|
|Salt/Null||1 Pinch (Null)|
|Butter/Null||4 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Condensed milk/Null||12 Ounce (1 Tin)|
|Milk/Null||6 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Vanilla/Null||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Null)|
Sift together flour, salt, Soda-bicarb and baking powder.
Rub in butter.
Add rest of the ingredients and heat for two minutes.
Pour the mixture in a well greased and floured tin.
Bake in moderate oven (165°C) for 15 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 150°C and bake for further 15 to 20 minutes.
Invert tin on wire rack.
