Easy Apple Cake
|Vegetable oil spray||1|
|Diced apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled or unpeeled|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unsifted|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray an 8-inch square cake pan with vegetable oil.
Combine apples and sugar in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add oil, vanilla and egg substitute.
Stir to mix well.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly.
Add to apple mixture and stir to blend well.
Add raisins and stir to mix well.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
