|Raspberry jam/Raspberry jelly||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Work together the butter, sugar and flour quickly. Shape into a roll about 2" in diameter and put it in a cold place for a while.
2. Cut the roll in about 1" thick slices with a sharp knife. Make a hole in the middle and fill it with jam or jelly.
