Ingredients
  Jiffy cornbread mix/Bisquick 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Chopped fish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil or shortening.
Turn and flatten when brown.
