Plum Good Cake
|Self rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cloves||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cinnamon||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plum baby food||9 1⁄2 Ounce (2- 4 3/4 ounce can)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine flour, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, and plum mixture; add to dry ingredients.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into a greased and floured 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
