Date Sponge Roll

Ingredients
  Jelly roll 1
  Date almond filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Butter cream icing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Finely chopped toasted almonds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Bake and cool Jelly Roll as directed in recipe but unroll and spread with lukewarm Date-Almond Filling.
Roll up again.
Ice outside of roll with Butter Cream Icing and sprinkle with almonds.
