|Date almond filling||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Butter cream icing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Finely chopped toasted almonds||1 Tablespoon|
Bake and cool Jelly Roll as directed in recipe but unroll and spread with lukewarm Date-Almond Filling.
Roll up again.
Ice outside of roll with Butter Cream Icing and sprinkle with almonds.
