Peanut Butter Brittle Cake
|Vanilla frosting||16 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Angel food cake||1 Pound, halved|
|Crushed peanut brittle||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine frosting and peanut butter and beat until smooth.
Spread frosting over each cake half.
Sprinkle peanut brittle over frosting.
