Pear Berry Coffee Cake
|Pears||3 , pared and cored|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberry muffin mix||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
Slice pears lengthwise into eighths.
Sprinkle with lemon.
Mix next 3 ingredients; cut in butter.
Prepare muffin mix using package directions.
Turn into greased 9x9x2-inch pan.
Top with pears.
Spoon crumbly mixture over.
Bake at 400° about 35 minutes.
