Streusel Coffee Cake
|Self raising flour||5 Ounce|
|Plain flour||3 Ounce|
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flours, add alternately with milk, mix thoroughly.
Spread into greased 9 in. square cake tin.
Sprinkle topping over cake.
Bake in moderately hot oven, Mark 5, 375°F., 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked when tested with a skewer
