  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Firm tofu 10 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Package)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Low calorie strawberry jam 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture, and set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor'bowl.
