Mandanin Orange Cake

  Yellow cake mix 18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Eggs 4 Large
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 44 Ounce, divided (4 Cans, 11 Ounce Each, Festival)
  Frozen whipped topping 12 Ounce, thawed
  Instant vanilla pudding mix 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inches round cake pans.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, 1 can of mandarins with the juice and 1 can drained. Beat with an electric beater until smooth. Pour batter into pans.
