Quick Angel Dessert

Ingredients
  Angel food cake 1 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries/10 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut cake into 6 slices.
Combine buttei, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
Toast one side of cake; turn and spread butter mixture generously on untoasted side.
Toast under broiler.
