Frozen Cranberry Angel Cake
|Angel food cake loaf||1|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Cut cake into 1/2 inch slices and line bottom of 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 inch loaf dish.
Cream together cheese, sugar, and salt till fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Stir cranberry sauce to break up; fold into cheese mixture.
Spoon 1/2 the cranberry mixture over cake slices.
Place another layer of cake slices over mixture and top with remaining cranberry mixture.
