Easy Coffee Cake
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Refrigerator biscuits||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; dip each biscuit into mixture.
Overlap in an 8- or 9-inch round cake pan in a spiral fashion; fill center of pan with remaining biscuits.
Combine remaining butter mixture with pecans; pour over biscuits.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
