Super Moist Chocolate Mayo Cake
|Chocolate cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Real mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellmann'S /Best Foods)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray and lightly flour two 9-inch round cake pans; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, with a mixer at low speed, blend cake mix, mayonnaise, water, eggs and cinnamon for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into the prepared pans.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cake springs back when touched lightly in the center. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes; remove
the cake from the pans and cool completely.
