|Pancake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs), packaged|
|Corn meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Slightly beaten eggs||2 Small|
|Canned cream style corn||1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Stir together dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, corn, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till all is moistened.
Drop batter from 1/4-cup measure onto hot, lightly greased griddle or skillet.
