Double Corn Cakes

Ingredients
  Pancake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs), packaged
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Slightly beaten eggs 2 Small
  Canned cream style corn 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir together dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, corn, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till all is moistened.
Drop batter from 1/4-cup measure onto hot, lightly greased griddle or skillet.
Turn once.
