Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
  Canned fruit 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Quick mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Melt butter in a 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over butter.
Drain fruit, reserving liquid.
Spread fruit over sugar.
Add water to juice to equal 1 cup.
Combine Quick Mix, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and juice in a large bowl; beat until smooth.
Pour batter over fruit and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Invert onto serving dish.
