Tasty Crumb Cake
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), packed|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), sifted|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk/Sour milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch oblong pan.
Mix sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg together with fingers or on low speed of mixer.
Take out 1/2 cup of dry mixture and save for topping.
Add remaining ingredients and beat all together thoroughly.
Spread batter in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup dry mixture saved for topping.
Bake about 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
